Before you apply.
- Provide your own 10x10 tent, weights (pavement setup), and power source.
- Valid Texas Sales & Use Tax Permit required for taxable goods.
- Food vendors with TCS foods: Texas DSHS Temporary Food Establishment permit required.
- Cottage foods: exempt if non-refrigerated; labels must include name/address, date, and cottage food statement.
- Event insurance can be added at checkout through Eventeny.
